• Perishable Nature: We sell natural products, including nuts, spices, and dry fruits. Because these are agricultural products, variations in color, size, texture, and taste may occur naturally between batches.

• Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display product colors, weights, and descriptions accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are 100% error-free.

• Allergen Warning: All products are processed in facilities that handle tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, wheat, and soy. If you have severe food allergies, please read the product labels carefully or contact customer support before consuming.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed at the time of order placement are final for that transaction.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose Cash on Delivery, you agree to keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel future COD privileges for customers who refuse packages at the doorstep without valid justification.

• Shipping Timelines: We strive to dispatch fresh inventory within business days. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are transit estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Perishable Care: We pack our items to preserve freshness. However, once the package is handed over to our delivery partner, we cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or unreachable recipients.

• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails because you provided an incorrect address or were unreachable after multiple attempts, you may be liable for re-shipping charges.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Liability Limit: Mercado is not liable for spoilage, insect infestation, or degradation of quality resulting from improper storage after delivery.

• All content on this Website—including logo designs, product copy, text, images, graphics, and code is the property of Mercado and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mercado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, consumption of our products, or inability to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our control 

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai
