Mercado Delivery Timelines

·        Processing Window: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days of successful placement.

·        Shipping / Transit Window: Orders are generally shipped out within 5 business days.

·        Delivery Expectations:

·        Major Cities: Delivery usually takes place within 7 working days from dispatch.

·        Other Regions / Rest of India: Delivery may take between 12 to 15 working days.

Geographic Coverage

·        Domestic Only: They deliver all across India using third-party logistics partners.

·        International: They do not support international shipping.

Courier Policy & Delivery Attempts

·        Courier Attempts: The partnered logistics companies will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning the order to their facility.

·        Transit Delays: The platform clearly states it is not responsible for transit delays caused by external factors beyond their control (such as carrier transit issues, weather disruptions, or force majeure events).

Important Note on Package Receipt

·        Damaged Deliveries: Customers are explicitly instructed not to accept any package if it arrives physically damaged or in a heavily soiled condition.

·        Discrepancy Window: If you accept a package and discover missing items or order discrepancies, you must contact their support team at support@mymercado.in or via their live WhatsApp widget within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is highly recommended to expedite transit claims.
